Operations and Maintenance Support
ICON provides ongoing support to our clients for existing facilities. For these maintenance, modifications and operations (MMO) projects, the support includes provision of planning, personnel and equipment to execute work at site in order to meet our clients’ specific requirements.
Brownfield projects are by definition of varying size and complexity. ICON tailors the management and planning of brownfield projects to suit the specifics of the particular scope.
ICON works closely with the clients’ operations and maintenance groups to ensure that we are planning the works effectively, such that important clients’ objectives such as maximum safety and quality, minimum or no disruption to normal operation, constraints on working periods and numbers of personnel etc. are complied with.
The key to all these projects is comprehensive planning, and use of skilled supervision and trades personnel. ICON prides itself on having an enviable track record in execution of brownfield works on existing operating facilities.
