Within two days ICON had completed design, fabrication and delivery of this equipment, which installed and operated flawlessly first time. This equipment resulted in a saving of approximately AUD$2M.
ICON and its fabricators worked around the clock to meet Woodside’s tight schedule and also worked closely with Subsea 7 and Woodside’s logistics contacts to ensure that the system would be suitable for commercial freight, helicopter transit and ROV installation.
