UNL is a member of International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) and various professional bodies around the world. Founded in 2004, it has a staff of around 200 and has offices in Port Harcourt and Lagos, Nigeria, Houston in USA, Shandong in China and Calgary in Canada. UNL is registered with DPR and NIPEX.
